I (Emma Childs) will never transfer any of your personal data to any third party this is for my sole use only to add to my customer list. This is never looked at or used please rest assured.
Your contact details are for my sole use if ever at all needed in the future regarding a new order. I need You, (the customer's) email to send invoices and goods to or to contact via email regarding a commission you would like done or a purchase you would like confirmation of.
The only personal data that will be stored is your name and contact details for ongoing or future jobs. This information will only be viewed by myself (Emma Childs) the owner of Emma Childs Art.
My site will be using a few different types of cookies as standard:
Essential Website / Session Cookies - These are strictly necessary cookies that
enable my site to function as intended and are mainly used by online shops.
Analytical / Performance Cookies - These enable my website manager Create, to monitor the

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 10 days of which to return the item once received in it's new and unused original condition.
All packages sent by EmmaChildsArt will be signed for by the buyer upon receipt to guarantee delivery.
The item must be in excellent new and unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.
A proof of purchase receipt will be included with the package and an e-mail sent to confirm this receipt.
You should expect to receive a refund within 1 working week upon return of package to EmmaChildsArtt in it's unused new condition.
Postage and Packing for refunds will be the sender's full responsibility as no goods were sold these charges may be considerably higher returning an item that has had the P&P paid for thus resulting in a considerable loss to the owner EmmaChildsArt
All property for sale at EJLoriginalart is copyrighted and the owner retains full copyright laws.
All paintings and prints are original Artworks produced by EmmaChildsArt.

All returns must be made in the original packaging as many of the items are fragile.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the returns package MUST be signed for upon recepit back to the original owner EmmaChildsArt to ensure delivery confirmation.
Full payment is required prior to receiving goods. Once the payment has been made please expect your package within 2 working weeks. This is incase an item is not in stock and has to be produced for the buyer.
